Our waterways support us in so many ways. Join us in giving back!

Coastal Carolina Riverwatch protects and enhances our waterways through research, outreach, advocacy, and collaboration. With your help, here’s a preview of what we’ll do in the coming year to support clean water:

  • Establish a volunteer water monitoring program to encourage citizen stewardship of our waterways
  • Begin a highly collaborative partnership with fishing communities to address water quality impairments
  • Coordinate an Ocean Friendly Expo to connect businesses and organizations that are taking steps to ensure healthy waterways and seas
  • Implement more environmental education and citizen science programs for schools and scouts
  • Host 36 cleanups between both watersheds
